CogniDrive

FAQ

Platform questions answered

Is CogniDrive a marketing agency, web design studio or IT outsourcing firm?

No. CogniDrive is an enterprise AI and decision intelligence platform providing predictive analytics, governed automation and executive dashboards. We do not offer marketing campaigns, website design services or general IT helpdesk support.

Does CogniDrive guarantee 100% accurate predictions and instant ROI for every enterprise?

No. Our platform accelerates decision intelligence architecture — outcomes depend on data quality, model complexity and human oversight. Exception handling and responsible governance remain essential.

How does analytics integration work?

CogniDrive connects to major data warehouses, BI tools and streaming platforms through our ingest layer. Platform engineers assess your existing business intelligence pipelines during the decision architecture review and configure appropriate connectors with schema validation and lineage tracking.

What PDPA measures does the platform support?

We implement data minimisation, consent logging, access controls and retention policies aligned with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012. Data residency can be configured for Singapore and Asia-Pacific infrastructure hosting.

What is the difference between programmes and services?

CDX programmes build internal capability through structured training and certification. Platform services accelerate specific initiatives such as architecture reviews, pipeline cutovers and governance setup. Many clients begin with a service engagement before enrolling teams in programmes.

How is client data handled during engagements?

All client data is processed under confidentiality agreements and in compliance with our Privacy Policy. Sandbox environments are isolated per client. Production data access requires explicit authorisation and is logged for audit purposes.

What are the pricing tiers?

Programmes range from S$4,800 for Enterprise AI Foundations to S$12,400 for Automation Pipeline Sprints. Platform licensing is quoted based on decision volume, model count and governance requirements. Contact us for a tailored briefing.

How does the pilot process work?

Pilots begin with sandbox provisioning, followed by a scoped predictive modelling sprint or automation workflow. A platform success review at pilot end determines production cutover readiness and ongoing MLOps operations cadence.

Can governance configuration be customised?

Yes. The govern layer supports configurable approval workflows, bias thresholds, audit retention periods and human-in-the-loop routing tailored to your industry's regulatory requirements.

What are module prerequisites?

CDX-101 requires no prior ML experience. Advanced tracks (CDX-301, CDX-401) expect familiarity with data pipelines and basic analytics. Executive certification is designed for C-suite and senior leadership roles.

What are support hours?

Standard platform support is Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 SGT. Enterprise clients with premium analytics service agreements receive extended coverage and dedicated platform engineering contacts.

How long does platform onboarding take?

Typical onboarding spans two to six weeks depending on integration complexity. A decision architecture review establishes scope, followed by sandbox provisioning and a pilot programme. Production cutover timelines are agreed in your statement of work.

Do you offer corporate programme pricing?

Yes. Enrolments of five or more participants across any CDX module qualify for corporate rates. Private cohort delivery and customised lab scenarios are available for enterprise clients with six weeks advance notice.
